Privacy Notice
Last updated: August 14, 2026
1. Who we are
Treatur operates treatur.com, a platform that helps people explore medical-travel options in Armenia and submit coordination enquiries. Treatur is not a medical provider, does not diagnose, and does not make treatment decisions.
For the personal data described in this notice, Treatur acts as the personal-data processor/operator. Contact us at privacy@treatur.com. The registered legal name, registration details, and registered address of the Treatur operator must be added before production launch.
2. Scope and legal framework
This notice applies to personal data processed through the Treatur website, including contact and consultation forms. We process data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data and other applicable Armenian law. Where another mandatory law applies to a particular person or processing activity, we will comply with that law as well.
3. Data we collect
Information you provide
- name, email address, preferred contact details, and the contents of your enquiry;
- the service, date, travel, language, or coordination preferences you choose to share; and
- any information you voluntarily include in a message.
Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, test results, identity documents, payment-card data, or other sensitive health information through public website forms. If a provider later needs records, Treatur will explain the appropriate secure channel and obtain the necessary instructions before sharing anything.
Automatically collected information
- technical logs needed to secure and operate the website, such as IP address, browser/device information, request time, and error data;
- fraud-prevention signals from Google reCAPTCHA when a protected form is used; and
- aggregated website-usage information when Google Analytics is enabled.
4. Why we use personal data
- to receive, assess, and respond to an enquiry you requested;
- to coordinate non-clinical travel and communication steps at your request;
- to protect the website, prevent spam and fraud, and investigate misuse;
- to maintain, secure, and improve the website; and
- to comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights where necessary.
We rely on your consent where required, on the steps you ask us to take in response to your enquiry, and on other grounds permitted by applicable law. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. We may share the minimum necessary information with service providers that host, secure, or support the website; Google for reCAPTCHA and, where enabled, Analytics; and a medical provider, hotel, transport provider, or other travel partner only when you ask us to make that introduction or coordinate the relevant service. Those parties may have their own privacy notices and act as independent processors of your data.
Some service providers may process data outside Armenia. Before making a transfer, we will use safeguards and instructions appropriate to the nature of the data and applicable law. We do not transfer medical records through ordinary website contact forms.
6. Retention and security
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond, manage the requested coordination, resolve a dispute, meet legal obligations, or maintain security records. The retention schedule for leads, technical logs, and backup data must be approved by the Treatur legal/data owner before launch and applied in the operational systems.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about the data we process about you, ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate data, object to or withdraw consent for processing where applicable, and request deletion of data that is unlawfully processed or no longer needed. Treatur does not provide a separate self-service deletion form.
Send requests to privacy@treatur.com with enough information for us to identify the relevant enquiry. We may request proportionate proof of identity before acting. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia or use the remedies available under Armenian law.
8. Children
The website is not intended for children to submit enquiries independently. If information about a person under 16 must be processed, it must be submitted by a parent or legal representative, as required by applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with its revised date. For privacy questions, contact privacy@treatur.com; for general support, contact support@treatur.com.
