Terms of Use

Last updated: August 14, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of Treatur.com and its public information and enquiry tools (the “Platform”). “Treatur”, “we”, and “us” mean the operator of the Platform. The operator’s registered legal name, registration details, and registered address must be inserted and approved before these Terms are published in production.

By using the Platform or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What Treatur does

Treatur provides information and non-clinical coordination relating to medical travel in Armenia. This may include helping you explore publicly listed providers or services and passing an enquiry to a relevant provider at your request.

  • Treatur is not a hospital, clinic, doctor, insurer, emergency service, or medical adviser.
  • Treatur does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a treatment plan, or guarantee a medical, travel, timing, price, or availability outcome.
  • Only a properly licensed medical professional who assesses you can give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • In an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately; do not rely on the Platform.

3. Information on the Platform

We aim to publish useful and accurate information, but service descriptions, provider details, dates, availability, travel arrangements, and prices may change. A listed price range is informational only where shown and is not an offer or final quotation. The provider determines clinical suitability, final scope, and final price after its own assessment. You must independently verify information that matters to you before making a decision.

4. Enquiries and third-party services

Submitting an enquiry does not create a medical-services contract, appointment, booking, or payment obligation. Any contract for medical care, accommodation, transport, insurance, payment, cancellation, refund, or other third-party service is directly between you and the relevant provider under that provider’s terms. Treatur is not responsible for a provider’s clinical decisions, actions, omissions, availability, or contractual performance.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current information and for obtaining travel documents, visas, insurance, medical advice, and any consents required for your trip. Do not submit another person’s data unless you are authorised to do so.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Platform only lawfully and for its intended purpose. You must not:

  • submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the Platform, introduce malicious code, or bypass security controls;
  • scrape, copy, or reuse Platform content at scale without written permission; or
  • use the Platform in a way that harms Treatur, providers, users, or third parties.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform’s design, text, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to Treatur and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. This does not grant you ownership of any content or permission to reproduce it except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

7. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice. Do not send medical records, identity documents, payment-card data, or other sensitive information through ordinary Platform forms unless Treatur has provided a secure, specific method for doing so.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Treatur disclaims warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treatur is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for losses arising from your medical choices, travel, third-party services, or reliance on Platform information. This clause must be confirmed by Armenian counsel before publication.

9. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, users, or legal rights, or to address misuse. We may update the Platform or these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you. Courts with jurisdiction under Armenian law will resolve disputes unless mandatory law requires a different forum. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact legal@treatur.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
